My fouteen year-old son came home with an assignment on the
expedition of Lucas Vasquez de Ayllon and the colony of San Miquel de
Guandape. He struck out (except in Encyclopaedia) and I'm not finding
much more. Is anyone aware of any work done on this subject in this
past 20 years? Its become a crusade.
