I think we hit a nerve here. Mary Ellen's original comments were not saying
that she didn't want to help those who needed information, but rather that it
would be better if the information need was as specific as possible (much like
Smoke's request on glass insulators).
 
I also am happy to help as much as I can, and that is one reason I started
this list.
