Yes, the artifacts would still be underwater, in their correct and untouched
contexts, where others could enjoy them. Or they might have been properly
excavated and could now be residing peacefully in a museum, that was open to
the public, and not locked away in some private collector's house. You'll not
find any sympathy on this list for a treasure hunter like Fisher and his ilk.
