I remember when I was 5 or 6 there was a lavender bush that attracted
lots of bees - honey bees and bumble bees of various species.  I spent
several happy days catching them in my bare hands and putting them in
glass jars.  In the end one stung me of course and put me off that game
for a while.  But here I am (in my second childhood?) playing with bees
again!
