I use two deep boxes for the brood, and westerns and shallows for the supers.
 Being a woman, I tend to use more shallows for supers because they are
easier for me to lift.  A deep box full of honey is too heavy for me to lift
without leveraging it against my body -- which can cause stings if I get a
bee caught between the box and me.
