Hello everyone. I am looking for some comparative archaeological and
historical data about nineteenth and early twentieth century wells and cisterns
in urban contexts. The CRM company I work for excavated five of these features
on a single city block in Washington, D.C. this past fall, and I am
interested in locating additional information about similar projects or
resources. I would appreciate any data you would be willing to share, be
it references to reports, publications, or suggestions about good places
to look for more material on this subject. Thanks.
