I would like to thank the administration at Arizona State University
        for its recognition of its legal and ethical responsibilities
        in affirming the rights of freedom of expression and dissent as
        enshrined in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the
        Civil Rights Act, and the developing case law relating to freedom
        of the internet.
 
        I have instructed my legal councils to suspend their preparations
        for legal action against Arizona State University as well as the
        federal complaints in preparation.
