Der Mike,
since there exists a danger, that the colony is infected by some brood
disease which might become a serious problem again next year and since the
colony is only one and is not strong enough to overwinter I would
suggest to kill it, burn the frames which came into contact with the
colony, desinfect the hive parts with flame and in next season to reise
another colony on foundations either from a package or a divide.
Its sad but there is no pleasure nor use in keeping sik colonies.
