Many thanks to John et al. for the insights and information. Someone
mentioned the Nova episode "Vikings in America" or some such. I can report
that I saw the piece on tv, thought it articulated with material from the
Feder book, called the WGBH 800 number listed after the show, charged the
video to VISA for $19.95, and had it in my hands in less than two weeks! A
very pleasant surprise, indeed! And, though I've now misplaced the flyer
that they enclosed with the order, I was able to order several other
appropriate and excellent titles, some of which have been mentioned in this
discussion, for the same low price per title, $19.95. No, this is not a
spam message, I don't work for WGBH, and in fact stay FAR from Boston
whenever possible! Just wish to report a relatively easy and low-cost way
to get some good films. Will look for 800 number.
