woven nets were once used by native Americans to fish.

>8-8:30pm        Singer Gloria Castaneda Silva of the Kumeyaay Village of
San Jose de la Zorra, Baja California
>8:30-9pm        Grunion slide presentation with naturalist Nancy Aguilar of
the Scripps Institution of Oceanography
>9-10pm            Peon, a traditional native American game of chance among
teams from local reservations

>SPECIAL GUESTS:   Kumeyaay and Paipai natives of Baja California featuring
Gloria Castaneda Silva, singer and basketweaver. Baskets available for purchase.
