On the HISTARCH list recently, there have been a lot of questions about SOPA.
 The ignorance on the part of most people on the list about who belongs and
what it is, is astounding.  Many think it is only for CRM folks, others think
it is only for field directors.  Dave Carlson, Bill Adams, myself and a few
others have done our best to field questions, but Bill and I wonder if it
would be possible for you to upload the SOPA bylaws, ethics statement, and
certification requirements, etc. I think both ARCH-L and HISTARCH would
benefit. You might include a membership form.
