As someone suggested I sent the following message to the
[log in to unmask] address:

However, it was returned to me as an incorrect address, and I am still being
inundated with everything sent to NAUTARCH including postings,
subscribe/unsubscribe commands, etc. etc.  When will this end?????????  I
feel like I got my name put on the Reader's Digest mailing list.  "Help, I'm
on your list, and I can't get off"
