You might look into a program that I use daily as a realtor. It allows me to
keep multiple datebases.
 
As president of our local beekeeping association I keep two such databases. The
first contains all the information on our members.  The second is used for
beekeeping organizations that I need to contact.
 
I believe this program will do all that you require with the exception of bar
codes.
 
The program is call  ACT2 for windows.
