I'm in the process of updating the historiography of Spanish colonial
research that I did a couple of years ago for the SHA as well as
preparing a paper for the conference in DC. I'm interested in which
directions people's research is taking them in this post quincentennial
era. I'm sifting through the literature, but I would like to know what
folks are currently working on, or any of the more obscure publications
