I am posting this on behalf of a colleage who does not have access to the
internet. Any replies may be sent directly to me please.
Thank you,

I have just excavated part of the site of a clay pipe kiln at Caerleon
[Wales UK], probably linked to the pipemaker Henry Hughes [1732]. Does
anyone know of any useful references or people to contact? Particularly
useful would be any information on the makers' marks HH, HE or ST.

Thanks for any suggestions

Craig Cessford
