In all due respect-
Would certain people of color be excluded from this list because
they use style and diction which grate upon the educational elite?
Would Native Americans whose tone could be construed as
accusatory when relating not past but current injustice be excluded from
the list?
Would a white male who wishes to exercise his constitutional
right to free speech and public debate on a public forum crossing
multiple jurisdictions be excluded from this debate?

I think not. There is however somewhat of a solution. Someone could jump
on the list from El Salvadore and file whatever charges down there.
