I am not an expert on heart attacks.  However, it is my understanding that allowed exercises are a function of the exact damage done.  Ie is the damage mainly electrical, mainly valve related,  mainly dead heart muscle and the particular placement of dead heart muscle.  I think only your cardiologist can really answer your questions as he is the one who knows what happened to you.  What I do know is several people who have had heart attacks and been given a range of OK physical activities by their cardiologist with in some cases specific types of activities that to me seem quite moderate that are forbidden.
I think getting advise from fellow beekeepers on this topic is likely of little to no value.
