An assumption was made that carrying a queen in one's pocket from the USA would violate some reg or law in Jamacia or Spain.

For the record, there does not seem to be any law or regulation that prohibits or limits in any way the import of queen bees into either Spain of Jamacia from the USA. This is after years of doing my homework on the issue.

I am very much aware that the USA does have regulations.

Facts matter.
