To further support your warning that this site seems to be off:

I recognized the photo supplied by one of their reviewers as being from our
website.

I used Google Image Search to search for several of the other review
photos, and I found 3 others on first click that were from websites that
did not seem related to the reviewers.

I would expect legitimate reviews to have photos that people took
themselves and were not being used on websites to sell items unrelated to
the reviewed product.
