Charlie Harper, a beekeeper in south Louisiana with an engineering
mind, had a custom service for reducing moisture in tallow honey which
is notably watery.  I do not know the exact mechanics of his system,
but people would deliver 55 gallon drums of extracted honey, it would
somehow be pumped and passed through his device and then pumped back
into the same barrel.
