Hello group,
I have an ask for the group. I currently have 36 NMR reports consolidated in my data set. I made some box charts for a few of the 39 measured values and separated them by honey types honeydew (n=6), blossom (n=26), combo (n=4). 33 of them are for boreal region honeys. It is actually pretty easy to see the ranges between the various types of honey.
These measures were chosen because they are known to be differentiators between honeydew and blossom honeys, as well as reported to be linked to potential "special" properties, ie - lower glucose = lower glycemic index, lactic acid - antiseptic properties, etc...
So my ask, I am looking for NMR reports for other regions (eco-zones with different forage), other honeydews and actual tested medicinal honeys (e.g Manuka from NZ or Australia), that I can use for comparisons. If you have NMR reports (Bruker NMR) that you would be willing to share, I would add it to my data set (I will remove all personal identifiers).
If you don't mind sharing please send me a note at [log in to unmask]
