I have no problem with the government helping a beekeeper out these sorts of jams but it looks like everyone in Homerville GA is being flooded out every year since 2014.  Seems a little fishy to me but whatever.

My point is that in my opinion most on this list seem to agree (correct me if I am wrong) that CCD is something of the past.  Why is the USDA ELAP program still open to covering CCD claims?
