I got a couple of questions on the logic on how I went from 18% H2O (0.18lbs) in honey to about 0.67lbs per lb of honey consumed.

I had seen this number a few times but Frank Linton does a good job of explaining it in his Beeculture Article - https://www.beeculture.com/wait-much-water/
