aversion of responsibility.
Yes, so frustrating! Me and my crew now have year's of experience in
making, applying, and disposing of OA/gly on various matrices. Yet EPA
does not appear to be the least interested in our observations.
I of course also need to cover my butt, so don't promote the use of
unauthorized application methods here in the U.S. So I simply report the
results of my legal research (by permit) for the benefit of beekeepers in
New Zealand or other areas where there are fewer restrictions on the use of
OA.
