Not really, the Lions study tested a DC high-voltage line.  My point being - yes they saw a behavioral response, but it intentionally was the most extreme case. I suspect EPRI wanted to end the argument with these trials.

Bees didn't leave, and colonies survived.  Therefore, I highly doubt that intermittent DC pulses from a fence charger would have much, if any, effect.

Apparently, I was not clear.
