We are way off topic when comparing the high voltage AC distribution grid to an intermittent DC pulse from a fence charger.  The study is on its way to the outfit that engineered Premier's fence chargers in Germany.  It should be interesting to hear what they have to say.  We may be confusing Tesla for Edison on this one.
