It is true. Arron is gone.

He phoned me on the 21st and informed me of his recent diagnosis. He was optimistic.

On the 23rd he called again and could hardly speak. He asked me to step in.

Yesterday Julie called me and said he was gone.

It is a huge sadness. He was like a brother and I often visited him to look at his bees and go tubing on the Sacandaga. We attended conventions together over many years. Only a year ago we were drinking beer together on a beach in Mexico.

We had to scramble to keep the list going as this all happened so fast but it is running again.
