A few out right lies that are obvious.  Comes dangerously close to making illegal medical claims.  Probably close enough to induce federal legal action.  Except things like this are such fringe issues that the feds never get around to them as there are far more serious issues that need their attention.

All in all never forget there are billions of $ to be made selling snake oil.  And, if you are half clever you can do it all perfectly legally.  There is no reason at all to come close to making illegal medical claims.
