For those who participated in the Honey Bee Health Initiative and reviewed the data you might wish to review the data line on thymol.  Although it appears some here discount it overuse the study would not confirm their opinion.  I cannot say I reviewed all items on the very extensive list but did look real hard at beekeeper applied items and thymol certain caught my attention.
