I'm a beef cattle producer and good luck on a stranger collecting urine from beef cattle, even gentle ones which allow the owner to touch them. Generally, beef cattle will run away when a stranger approaches them. The best bet on collecting cow urine would be from dairy cows while they are restrained during milking operations.
