Hi all
I looked at Dewey Caron's piece in the ABJ (1985); some interesting info:

> After the hives were removed from the field , the honey "was collected, extracted , and measured . A total of 740 pounds of honey was extracted from the hives, an average of 37 pounds per hive for the seven week period the hives were adjacent to the clover field. This was a relatively low honey yield, but the honey was light , tasty, and a generally excellent quality product.
