Recent studies showed that table salt is in the category  of too little or
too much is detrimental to health. It follows a J type curve.Some of the
dietary advice for cutting down on salt are in the detrimental area of the
curve.

Also, the roundup study that showed it had an effect on bees, in the
pollinator blog I posted a bit ago, they said that the effects disappeared
when the amount of roundup was doubled, so less was worse!
