The fly is not an eusocial insect, it uses receptors in another way, to understand it you just have to imagine that there is a complete hive in the bottle, a common thing (observation hive, all-glass hive) and it finds its way thanks to eusocializations. If she were to learn them, she would learn.

Another species of bee is the flower bee, which I know cannot be bred other than in glass.

A lot of things can be taught to a bee.
