Missouri (where we still keep bees as though it's a free country)<
Everytime I read one of these states that are trying to add more restrictions, I am thankfull that it has not come to my state of MO. I have been in several discussions where poeple defend these types of laws due to the need for the health of the bee or the health of the community and I always ask them who has more issues in the fore front, the states with the laws or the states like MO. Since all the things that I see pop up are in places like new jersy or texas or now new york but very seldom see the same problims in places like MO or Michigan, I have to assume that there really is no need that is justified for these restrictions.
I always hear the reasoning but don't ever notice the probims trying to be solved being a problim where we don't yet have to put up with the restrictions.
Cheers
