I got that impression from Amazon's "Look Inside" when Pete first
mentioned the upcoming publication of the book.  I guess it's out
now. :-)  I should get it.

I don't see how the two points of view are contradictory; it seems to
me that the second explains the first.  I guess I'll find out when I
read the book.
