Dear Hivemind,

do you know any at least somewhat reliable/reproducible way to induce swarming? The works of J.Simpson seem to be the most informative on this subject, but inconclusive. 

So far my approach would be: Congestion of old queen in a heated and poorly ventilated hive that has abundant stores pollen/honey, is in exponential growth phase but limited in current ability to forage.
