Bullets outside of a gun barrel or some other
highly restricted space can possibly cause minor
injuries if they detonate, but it is unlikely that
they will detonate under most circumstances.?? And
even if they do detonate they more often than not
cause no damage to people.?? They are mostly benign
outside of a gun barrel.

Just to be safe, don't hit them with a hammer and
don't throw them in a fire
