That's 247 mg (0.247 grams) in a 3.5% OA mix (500 g sugar, 500 ml (g) water,
and 35 g oxalic acid).
I don't see 0.247 grams of calcium vs 35 grams of oxalic as significant.
Further, I can't see ANY level of "hard water" having any significant impact
at all on an Oxalic dribble mixture.
What am I missing here, given the warning about using other than distilled
water?
