To answer someone’s question, I thought I could share that I apply wax to plastic foundation using a mini foam paint roller. I heat the wax in either my crock pot or oven, dip in the roller, and roll the liquid wax onto the plastic. It works beautifully. The hotter the Wax, the thinner the coat left on the plastic. So I like remove the heat source and roll the wax as it cools. That allows a pretty thick coat with only one pass.

Hope this is helpful to someone on a hobby/sideliner scale.
