Wait a minute, I believe there is an algorithm to determine the typical ratio of pollen to nectar for many plants. If someone knows, please send info. There is the TNV, or True Nectar Value that is derived from Honey Pollen Concentrations.Pat Bono

Thanks for bringing this up, Pat. My gut feeling was that the use of pollen to ID honey was all wrong but I had nothing to back up that feeling.
