First of all, a big THANK YOU to all who gifted me with the study I
requested; Nancy Mohrbacher cited this study in her talk at the LC in PP
conference..
Second, there are 2 research studies about the use of breast shells
prenatally: the MAINN Collaborative Trial (430 mothers) and Midwife Jo
Alexander's study (96 women). Both studies found that use of breast shells
prenatally was associated with reduced breastfeeding duration.
