OA or any product used as a pesticide is registered by the registrant/ company. The label is proposed by the registrant and reviewed by the Gov agency. If the registrant did not ask for use during honey flow the reviewer / GOv will not add it. There must be data to support efficacy, safety to the applicator and produced honey,
For the label of a product, the label must be followed. The devil is in the details.
