How fortunate that I am both family launderess AND beekeeper!

I have also been told not to launder my bee clothes with the family laundry lest I set off a latent allergy in one of my family members.

Which is it? Which is dangerous, or more dangerous: exposure to direct stings, exposure to the unlaundered bee clothing, or the laundered bee clothing itself?

I cannot help but reflect that, once again, a critical bit of information needed by the practitioners of an essential agricultural function is AWOL. How can that be?!
