<><><> I agree but.... The presence or absence of pollen in a honey sample can corroborate or exclude a claim of source for the honey. Honey that's claimed to be tupelo honey but has no pollen present from the tupelo tree can be held in question. Which brings in to question, are there quantities of minute constituents which can be detected, maybe separated out, and used to corroborate the source and quantity of a honey source?
