Neve, Richard
1726 The City and Country Purchaser and Builder’s Dictionary: The Compleat Builder’s Guide. 1969 reprint by David & Charles Reprints, Newton Abbot Devon, UK
He discusses the two standard quarrel shape and dimension.
Also, Five Artifact Studies edited by Audrey Noel Hume includes a chapter by Isabel Davies on windows that I recall includes a discussion of quarrel dimensions.

Does any have any measurements for the size of the glass panes that were commonly found in casement windows in the 18th C.? I know they were not standardized but while I have found some measurements for the iron frames, I have not seen any calculations or estimates for the lozenge shaped panes. Thank you in advance for any of your efforts.
