Hi Ellen,

The Council of Texas Archeologists has just updated their guidelines (after a couple of years of discussion and refinement). I don’t know whether that would be helpful but thought it might at least add one more state for comparison.  The guidelines can be found here: https://counciloftexasarcheologists.org/Standards-and-Guidelines
