I had to chuckle. Like Dick, I have several customers who prefer the fall harvest to the spring, or even to the blends that I make. When the goldenrod flow is full on, and the bees are bringing it in as fast as they can, the hives have that pungent, funky butterscotch odor about them, and I invariably send a text out to that select group that reads: "I smell butterscotch & sweaty socks!"

I always sell out.
