> I think that Aaron would be pleased that folks are going back into
the Bee-L archives, that legacy was very important to him. I am looking
through the postings of 1990. Only about 200 for the whole year.
This list has quite a history, with many of the familiar names in
beekeeping appearing here at one time or another.
Many topics have come and gone. In the archives we can see the evolution
of the science and the changes in opinion over time.
A few topics that come to mind in no particular order are...
* OTC resistant AFB,
* Tylosin,
* Organic beekeeping,
* Mineral oil fogging,
* Formic acid,
* Oxalic acid - sublimation, drizzling, spraying,
* Small cell,
* Tracheal mites,
* Varroa mites,
* EFB,
* Propolis,
* Drone fertility,
* Drone congregation,
* AHB - We watched them coming through Mexico, monitored by traps,
* Pesticides - herbicides, fungicides, insecticides,
Plus many, many, more.
Some of these topics seem to be dead, but some are still very much
alive, and some are still contentious. Can you add more?
I'm out of the loop these days. Which of these is the deadest? Which is
the hottest?
