Can't agree.

When I first tried fully open-mesh floors (open feed holes but no other top ventilation) with half my colonies I had 9% losses with OMF and 19% with wooden floors.

I have moved to 6 frame poly nucs and have not lost any yet.  They have fully open mesh floors and no upper entrance.
