Going by Seeley's work, Wisdom of the Hive, forgers hand off to receiver bees which takes place inside the hive near the entrance. Close to where the dance communications take place. Of interest, apparently it is rare for forgers to place their nectar in cells. If it takes too long to off load to receivers the forgers will spread out further in other areas of the hive looking for receivers to recruit. When off loading takes to long due to lack of receivers some forgers will make attempts to stop dancers communicating forge locations which takes place on the dance combs near the entrance.

It comes across that the entrance and dance communication area very much connected by location.
